Required documents for the Maritime Office examination
Below is the list of documents to be submitted when applying for admission to the examination by the Central Maritime Examination Commission (CMKE) for students of the Gdynia Maritime School:
- Application for admission to the examination
- Secondary school completion certificate
- GSM certificate
- Sea service record
- Internship completion certificate
- Simulator practical training completion certificate
- Identity document
- Proof of examination fee payment
Documents must be submitted to the Maritime Office 21 days before the examination date.
Examination fees
Examination fees, depending on the examination location, should be paid to the following accounts:
- Maritime Office in Szczecin — NBP Szczecin: 17 1010 1599 0028 9922 3100 0000
- Maritime Office in Gdynia — NBP Gdynia: 92 1010 1140 0065 7822 3100 0000
The payment title should include: type of examination (theoretical or practical), examination location, examination date, examination name, first and last name.
